Emodou SRL delivers to customers in countries around the world where Bpost delivery is available.
After selecting the desired items and before proceeding to order validation, the customer will see a summary of the order on the screen, which includes, among other things, the selected items and the total price (including delivery fees) due by the customer.
The order will only be definitively validated after payment by the customer.
The seller reserves the right not to validate the order in case of:
Unavailability of the ordered item;
Existing dispute(s) with the customer;
Total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer;
Refusal of authorization for payment by credit card from banking institutions.
The prices of the items on the website are indicated in euros and include VAT and other taxes that may be due in the seller's country (excluding any import duties that may be due in the customer's country and which are at their expense).
The delivery fees are clearly indicated on the summary of the order, which also mentions the total price (including delivery fees) due by the customer.
Payments are made in collaboration with Stripe and Paypal. These authorized partners guarantee the secure use of the customer's credit card on the Internet. The customer's credit card data is processed through an SSL (Secured Socket Layer) connection. The seller accepts payments via Bancontact online and credit card (MasterCard, PayPal and Visa). The amount will be charged at the time of ordering the item(s).
After payment, an acknowledgment of receipt containing a summary of the order is transmitted to the customer by email and on paper at the time of delivery. The summary of the order is sent by email with the order confirmation.

Depending on their delivery address, the customer can have their order delivered directly to their home by Bpost or collect their package through click and collect.
The seller will make their best efforts to have the order shipped within a maximum of 10 days following validation of the online order by the customer.

Flat-rate delivery fees are indicated on the summary of the order, which the customer becomes aware of before validating the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer must take into account any additional fees (taxes, import duties or customs duties). These fees will be directly charged by the carrier, if applicable.
The customer has the right to exercise their right of withdrawal by going to the "My Account" section on emodou.be and following the procedure provided. Returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving the order. In this case, the customer will return, at their own expense, the items in their original packaging and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, to the following address: Emodou SRL, Route de hockai 32, 4845 Jalhay (Belgium). The items must have all the labels: the sewn-in labels as well as all the packaging labels, and must be in perfect, unused and unsoiled condition.
They must be accompanied by the return slip, which can be printed from the "My Account" section. The refund of the returned items will be made no later than 15 days after they are received by the seller. Delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Subject to compliance with the above conditions, there are no exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
For defective items, the procedure is the same, but the seller will reimburse the full cost of delivery and return, upon proof of payment.
The seller pays particular attention to the packaging and protection of the shipped items. In the event of a complaint regarding the condition in which the items were delivered or in the event of missing items, the customer must notify the Consumer Service no later than 14 days following the receipt of the order.

The customer will return the items in their original packaging and in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, to the following address: Emodou SRL, Route de Hockai 32, 4845 Jalhay, Belgium. The items must have all the labels: the sewn-in labels as well as all the packaging labels. They must be accompanied by a delivery note (available in the order). The refund of the returned items will be made no later than 15 days after they are received by the seller. Returns of defective or incorrect items will be at the seller's expense.
Unless there is a legitimate reason, any claim made beyond 14 days following the receipt of the order will be considered inadmissible.
The seller guarantees that all items fully comply with the specifications established by Emodou SRL.
All our items are guaranteed for 2 years for any manufacturing defects. Any refund will only be made after validation of the defect by Emodou SRL.
Emodou SRL ensures that the products and/or services comply with the contract, the specifications indicated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of quality and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or prescriptions of the authorities existing at the date of the establishment of the sales contract.
A warranty offered by Emodou SRL does not detract from the rights and claims that the consumer can make in the event of a failure to comply with Emodou SRL's obligations, due to Emodou SRL, on the basis of the law and/or the distance sales contract.

The retention period of personal data will depend on the customer's activity history. If the customer has not made a purchase for at least 6 years, their data will be deleted. Personal data is processed in accordance with current legal provisions (including GDPR legislation).
Emodou SRL undertakes to take all security measures at its disposal to protect the personal data of its customers.
If a customer is no longer active, Emodou SRL undertakes to delete their data after 6 years.
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution between the parties will be privileged. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute may be submitted to the complaints management systems.
Any legal action will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Liège in Belgium.
